Background

Founded in 2002, BTCSoftware are an innovative software company, specialising in software for accountants across the UK. They a long-standing reputation in the industry for excellent customer service and easy-to-use solutions. BTC has multiple target audiences including accountants in practice, small businesses, enterprise clients & more – a unique challenge!

With BTCSoftware being well-known in its space, the initial challenge was to focus on updating the look and feel of both the website and the branding, whilst retaining the brand awareness. With the business being a software company, the overall online experience largely reflects how users expect the software itself to be. As an active client of ours for many years, we’ve overcome a number of challenges including a second website design, branding, web development (including API setup and HubSpot integration), eCommerce integration and graphic design.

Our most recent challenge has been to develop a completely unique purchasing experience, allowing potential and existing customers to customise different solutions specific to their requirements. The new Package Builder platform has simplified a previously complex suite of products and allows users to save time and customise their subscriptions without the need to manually contact BTCSoftware to make changes.

BTCSoftware has seen exponential growth over the past 4+ years, driven by a steady increase in online traffic through the well-optimised website and solid user experience we’ve created.
